Located on Twisp's main commercial street is a 6,000 sf mixed-use building housing offices, retail and a climbing gym. The owner envisions a lively, community-oriented building that dovetails with the Town of Twisp's vision of a vibrant downtown. Care has been taken to try to match the neighborhood scale of commercial buildings along Glover Street, even with the high ceilings required at a climbing gym. PBW worked with the owner on an extensive feasibility study to identify potential mixes of uses and analyze code and financial constraints.
