Located on a hillside overlooking Semiahmoo Bay in White Rock, B.C., this project is being designed as a custom prefab house. The site itself is long and narrow with over 8 feet of slope from North to South. The best views are from the highest elevation, which provided the opportunity for the main living and entertaining spaces to be located on the upper level in order to take advantage of the sweeping bay views. Three bedrooms and two baths are located on the main level below the entertaining and living spaces. A basement and garage will be built on site while the remaining 4 modules that comprise the main and upper level will be built in a factory setting and shipped to the site over 90% complete.
