Located on Twisp's main commercial street, this mixed-use complex has a small retail space facing the street with four housing units that occupy the edges of the site to create a communal courtyard space. PBW worked closely with the city to maximize the potential of the site to address the town's housing shortage and create a model for dense, small-scale development in this small town.
