This completely remodeled brick house takes advantage of the amazing Olympic Mountain views to the west. Modifying the roofline made it possible to add a bedroom and wraparound deck views with access from all three bedrooms. The garage was moved away from the house, which created a flat green roof for kids to play. A covered entry sequence and outdoor areas add enjoyment year-round. The interiors' playful use of arched openings harkens back to the original tudor style, while vaulted coves visually enhance the height of the once low ceilings on the main floor. Dark wood trim and custom metal work are offset by warm wood cabinetry; wood floors and milestone walls also call back to the original trim work found throughout the house.
